The building was altered in 1890 and is presently described as having a 5 bay/center passage, front door surround with sidelights, fanlight transom with key block, entrance porch is gabled canopy with 2 support posts & side railings, horizontal attic windows, bracketed cornice, brackets over corners of upper windows and 2 brick endwall chimneys. A one story ell was also added to the west side of the property. The site is a designated local landmark and is listed as the "Lent House"; owned by a J. Deyo, on 1875 map; presently serves as a bank.
